Our group of businesses was awarded the prestigious Catey in 2014 for “Sustainable Business” and most recently at the National Restaurant awards held at The Hurlingham Club in London ODE true food won Sustainable Restaurant of the Year 2018.
Committed to inspire a generation of young chefs i continue to undertake work to foster the development of sustainable food and business as a teacher and mentor for various training institutes.
